Lovely welcoming hotel, room was very comfortable, the meals . Good breakfast and a good choice for evening meals. Location ideal for both Kendal and Bowness .

Absolutely fantastic hotel with quaint surroundings and brilliant service. The staff were attentive and so friendly. The hotel restaurant food is such high quality I was incredibly impressed. If I visit the Lake District again I will definitely stay here. Such a wonderful experience. The room was clean and presented well.
